Over the past month we have been closely watching the emerging situation surrounding the Coronavirus outbreak. We have spent a lot of time ensuring that we have a plan that protects our team and their families wellbeing but we have also been developing our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure that we can continue to provide an uninterrupted and high quality service to clients, but also be available to offer proactive advice to help support business owners.
Whilst most of our team are now, or soon will be, working from home the technology we use means that we are able to continue to work and remain accessible to you for help and advice. Our systems mean that all telephone calls to 01522 81 5100 will be answered and whilst we might not be able to direct your call there and then, leave a message and you will receive a call back within the hour between 10AM and 4PM. For those that need to meet with us we can arrange video conferencing meetings as required to ensure we remain fully connected.
We are also holding morning briefings for our senior team on the latest developments and packages of support so that all of our team are in a position to support our clients businesses. For a snapshot of our latest advice please read our Coronavirus Business Update. If you are feeling a little overwhelmed by the situation then we are here to listen and offer support so please don’t hesitate to call your main contact, or in their absence one of the Directors, Richard Hallsworth, Emma Murray, Jo Brown, Gail Green or Richard Grayson. Our team that support clients with their people have already been working with clients and are available to talk through any employee related issues that you might have.
We will continue to monitor the developing situation and keep you updated on our BCP in line with latest Government guidance.
