We are pleased to announce that our charity partner for 2026 will be Forward Trust. 

Forward Trust is a social justice charity that supports people to recover from addiction or leave behind crime, helping them move on in life with family, friends, jobs, homes, and a sense of belonging. 

We chose Forward Trust because of how important this charity is to one of our team members, Amelia, who sadly lost a close friend, Sophie to addiction in Autumn 2024.  

‘In September 2024, I lost my best friend, Sophie, to addiction. Being only 20 at the time, it was, and still is, the toughest time of my life. Sophie lit up every room she entered. She always made everyone laugh and was one of the most hardworking, caring, and supportive people. The stigma around addiction needs to be challenged and people deserve to receive the help and support they need; not judgement. After seeing the impact it had on Sophie’s mental and physical health, I have learnt addiction is not something to be ashamed of, but rather accepting and acknowledging is the first step into recovery. Seeing the aims, objectives, and actions of the Forward Trust, I am proud to be supporting such an incredible charity which holds a special place in my heart.’ 

Supporting causes that matter to our people is central to who we are, and we believe that community starts from within. By standing behind our team and the causes that are meaningful to them, we can make a more genuine and lasting impact beyond our business. 

This partnership is therefore particularly meaningful to us, giving us the opportunity not only to raise vital funds, but also to honour that personal connection by supporting a cause that truly matters. 

Throughout 2026, we’ll be getting involved in a range of fundraising activities, with the whole team taking part. From organised events to smaller challenges, we’re looking forward to working together to raise as much money as possible to support the charity’s work. 

Alongside fundraising, we’re excited to learn more about the important work Forward Trust does and to share that knowledge more widely. We hope to become advocates for their mission, helping to raise awareness as well as funds over the course of the year. 

We’ll be sharing updates on our fundraising activities and progress throughout 2026 and look forward to supporting Forward Trust in every way we can.
