Kate Hindmarch has joined Nicholsons Chartered Accountants to head up its People Team, combining all their HR and Legal services as well as adding additional services to their offering.

Kate qualified as a solicitor in 1995, specialising in employment law, and has worked in Lincolnshire all her professional career across a range of sectors including education, charity, public sector, and small through to PLC businesses. Alongside this, Kate is also a fee-paid employment tribunal judge so has a wealth of experience and knowledge in employment disputes. Kate’s expertise now means that Nicholsons can offer litigation services.

Kate commented, “I’m excited to start this new role with a passionate and hungry team. The People Team have a great mix of skills, and we can offer a comprehensive service across all of a business’s people needs. We can now build on and enhance the existing People offering”
