The Nicholsons’ team have been processing the four-weekly payrolls for our 370 employees since November 2022. Outsourcing this work to Nicholsons helped to reduce our costs whilst at the same time improving the user experience for our employees, who can now view their payslips and P60s much more easily via an online portal.

The payroll experts at Nicholsons are always very quick to respond to any queries we have and really seem to care about getting things right for our employees.

Although our business no longer has its own in-house payroll team, the level of service we receive from Nicholsons makes it seem as if we still do. They have lots of different payroll clients, but they always make us feel as if we are their only client.
